She is survived by: her siblings, Geraldine DeCost, Doris Mayle, Lawrence Mayle and Boyd Mayle; her children, Thea Foltz (Richard) of Louisville, Gwen Shirley of Tipton, IN, Terry Jenkins (Lesa) and Phillip Jenkins (Chanie) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Rachelle (Mike), Peter (Whitney), Jacob (Liz), Jordan (Olivia), Taryn (Tyler), Candace (Laci), Madison (Shane), Hannah (Martin) and Jaxson; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Aislyn, Caden, Colton, Aurora, Theo and Gabriel.
