David Lee Forehope Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Forehope and Miriam Forehope; his daughter Stephanie Forehope; and his sisters, Vivian, Gerry and Sue.

He is survived by: his wife Lorene Forehope (Novoselc); his daughters, Melanie and Meghan Forehope; his grandchildren, Natalie and Noah Bartlett; and his nephews, Bobbie and Ricky Foss.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stier-Israel Funeral Home (917 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
