He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McGinnis and Ethel McGinnis (Clark); and his siblings, Don A McGinnis, Hulda Royer, Madeline Duplain and Wilma Michalovich.
He is survived by: his brother Dan McGinnis; his sister-in-law Georgeanne "Filimon" McGinnis; and his close friend Curtis. He is also survived by numerous cousins; nieces; nephews; Great nieces and nephews; friends.
