She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel D. Buchanan and Myrtle A. Buchanan (Young); her husband Lawrence R. Buckius; and her siblings, Alma Shannon, Leslie, Earl, Ronald Bruce and Donald Buchanan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis Buchanan and Nancy Anderson; her niece Victoria Lambi; and her nephew David Hupp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
