He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stamen and Lottie Mae Stamen (Weirick); and his sister Frances Van Sickle. He is survived by: his children, Sam Stamen (Diane) of Houston, TX, Charles Stamen (Jean) of Big Prairie, Ronald Stamen of Columbus, Donald Stamen of Big Prairie and Tamara Patton of Smithville; his stepchildren, William Bishoff (Betti) of Transfer, PA and Joyce Furr (Jerry) of Galion; and his brother Robert Stamen (Mary Alice) of Loudonville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
