Bays (Shawn Smith), Eddie Bays (Denise), Debra Dean (Larry), Robert Bays and Jeff Carpenter (Marianne); his grandchildren, Ella and River; his sister Wanda Schaffer (Bob Hefflefinger); and his extended family Anita Parsons (Bernie). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
