He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Green and Eiko Green (Hirai); and his brother Dean Green. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Green; his children, Jason Green (Megan), Justin Green (Doris), Susie King, Chad King (Kelly) and Derek King (Stacey); his grandchildren, Owen Green, Evan Green, Skyy Marsh, Gavin Marsh, Cassandra King, Jarrod King, Gina King and Ryker King; his sisters, Michiko Polkinghorn (Sam) and Mary Ann Mellor (RT); and his siblings-in-law, Phil Stephens (Angie), Patricia Rayburn (Woodrow), Cathy Messinger (Red) and Sue Traufler (Jim). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
