He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his sons, Douglas Gerber (Katie) and Jacob Gerber (Lauren); his stepchildren, Laura Ritz (Chris Glasener), Jody Ritz (Julia) and Brian Workman (Rachel); and his sister Shirley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
