She was predeceased by: her father Harold Hiner; her grandparents, J. P. and Edith Hiner; and her mother Betty Lou Hiner. She is survived by: her sisters, Rebecca Veazey and Holly Robbins; her nieces, Elise Veazey Stacey, Hilary Robbins (Dan Helfer) and Jessica Robbins (Andre Gobbo); and her great-nieces, Celia Stacey, Clara Stacey and Remy Helfer.
In honor of Barbara's memory, the family asks that donations be made in her name to either the Loudonville Rest Home (205 N. Water Street, Loudonville, Ohio 44842) or the Appleseed Community Mental Health Center (2233 Rocky Lane, Ashland, Ohio 44805).
