He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ellis and Celia Kellow Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hicks Mosier of Lore City, OH; his sons, Joesph C. Ellis of Dawson, MN and Riki D. Ellis (Catherine) of Covington, TX; his siblings, Debie Ellis, Jan Ellis, Mike Ellis and Patrick Ellis; and his grandchildren, Jillian, Clayton and Jacob.
