It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell W. Wheeler of Lore City, Ohio, born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen R. Wheeler and Ruth E. Ogle Wheeler; his wife Christine L. Wheeler; and his sister Sandy Biedkapp. He is survived by: his children, Sunny Russell Nguyen of New Jersey, Renee Hart of Crossville, TN and Ryan J. Wheeler of Cambridge; his sister Diana "Sue" Dodd of Cambridge; and his friends, Laura Tindall and Diana James. He is also survived by several grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Rusty's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place.
