With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Allen Leeper of Lore City, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Leeper and Edna "Sally" Leeper (Nealey); and his sister Karen Leeper. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca L. Leeper (Moore); his stepchildren, Lisha Fieler (Joe) and Trisha Zeidan; his stepgrandchildren, Lillian, Ethan Fieler, Joseph and Nora Zeidan; his sister Jo Ellen Evans (Harry); his nephew Michael A. Evans Sr. (Danielle); his great-nephews, Mike Jr. and Parker Evans; and his friend Adam Roe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Interim Hospice.
