He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond "Casey" and Amelia "Amy" Frame Sr. (Sneddon); his wife Thelma; his son Doug Frame of Lore City; his grandchildren, Casey Rich (Joe), Courtney Frame, Connor Frame, Raelene Frame and Chad Caudill (Libby); his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Levi, Aaron, Micah Rich and Hunter Caudill; and his sister Martha Jerman of Coshocton. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
