She was predeceased by: her parents, Katie Scurlock (Myers) and Charles Scurlock; her siblings, Ken, George, Cliff, Herb, Nina, Katherine and Ceola; and her son Joseph Andrew (Sandy).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Kenny, Linda, Timothy, Mary and Albert; her grandchildren, Tina, Katie, Billy, Michael, Sarah, Britt, Stephan and Victoria; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Kyla, Jake, Mia, Callie, Nora, Lyla, Keirsten, Dezarae and Easton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lore City United Methodist Church (188 Main St, Lore City, OH 43755). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's memory may be made to the O'Neill Senior Center in Marietta, OH or to the Lore City United Methodist Church.
