She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin D. Starr and Beula J. Starr (McVicker); her husband Charles David Ellison (Dave); and her brothers, Edwin Starr (Whitey) and Roger Starr.
She is survived by: her brothers, Herbert Starr (Herby) and Richard Starr; her children, Rick Ellison (Sandy) of Lore City, Debbie Alt (Kevin) of Salesville and Tim Ellison (Kathy) of Lore City; her grandchildren, Amber Ellison (Mandy), Lexi Greenwood (Drew), Erin Zeleznik, Jamie Oakley (Josh), Becca Bates (Kyle), Traci McQuain (Trever) and Nate Ellison (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Mollie, Josie Greenwood, Jonathan, Jaycie Oakley, Dylan, Hayden, Haylee Bates, Sammie McQuain, Easton and Reese Ellison.
As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Judy's name be made to the Hospice of Guernsey, 9711E Pike Road, Cambridge OH 43725 and/or Country View Assisted Living, 62825 County Home Road, Lore City OH 43755.
