He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion George and Mary Jane Touvell (Absalom); his daughter Kimberly Jo Neff (Touvell); and his son-in-law Dale Neff. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Touvell (Long); his daughter Kerry Stahovec (Touvell); his grandchildren, Erica Cummins (Stahovec), Jessica Miley (Stahovec), Dale Neff (Nicole) and Chelsea Wilson (Neff); his great grandchildren, Halie Shoemake (Cummins), Tanner, Saige Neff, Jebediah Miley, Ellie and Peyton Wilson; and his great great grandchildren, Westlynne and Case Shoemake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as several close friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army, 221 Dewey Avenue, Cambridge OH 43725 and/or the Lore City Methodist Church, 188 Main Street, Lore City OH 43755.
