He was predeceased by: his parents, Decatur Miller Sr. and Margurete Miller (Wells); his wife Juanita Miller (Felton); and his siblings, Daniel, Robert Miller and Rosalie Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Chrystal, Michael and Timothy Miller; his siblings, Anna Marie Gibbons of Florida, Shirley Tarr of Florida, Joann Shreve Sr. (Howard) of Cambridge and David Miller (Chris) of Nashport; and also Jim Moore (Linda).
