Charles Franklin Ryan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Franklin Ryan of Lore City, Ohio, born in Rowlesburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Ryan and Ethel G. Ryan (England); and his sister Grace Fern Moran (Ryan). He is survived by: his wife Fredricka E. Ryan (Shaffer); his daughter Nancy Ryan (Dale Davis) of Cambridge; his grandsons, Ben VanDyne (Brandy) of Cambridge and David Ryan (Tiffany) of Cambridge; and his great grandchildren, Gunner, Nash, Paisley and Jimi. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
