He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor A. Bell Sr. and Bernice V. Bell (Hobby); and his brother Kenneth Bell. He is survived by: his wife Eva Jane Bell of Lordstown; his children, Victoria (Mark Rock) and Scott P. Bell of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Greg, Mallory and Nicholas.

The family has requested that all donations please be made to the Pleasant Valley Church 2055 Pleasant Valley Rd. Niles, OH 44446 in his name.
