He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Milhoan and Cleo Milhoan (Vasbinder); his son-in-law Lee Montgomery; and his siblings, Shirley Conrad and Larry Kanouff.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Lee; his children, Rhonda Mansell (John) of Lordstown, OH, Melodie Montgomery of Lordstown, OH, Brad Milhoan (Rose) of Lordstown, OH and Brent Milhoan (Jodie) of Lordstown, OH; and his siblings, Kenny Kanouff and Beth Feustel. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
