He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kellar (Coffman); his wife Colleen Kellar of Lordstown; his children, Ashley Devorich (Jared) of Girard, OH and Robert Wayne Kellar, Jr. (Brittany) of Harmony, PA; his brothers, Brian Kellar (Diana) of Howland and William Kellar (Amy) of Warren; and his grandchildren, Merrick Devorich, Adalyne Devorich and Robert Bryan Kellar.
