He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Halko and Jennie Madinski Halko; and his siblings, Michael, Kenneth, Joseph Halko and Sondra Sloan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hendricks Halko; his children, Natalie Halko of Niles, Wanda Rowland (Jerry) of Lodi, OH, Christine Rowland (Hubert) of Medina, OH and Richard B. Halko Jr. of Texas; his sisters, Judy Halko of Cleveland, Virginia Cihlar (Dick) of Avon, OH and Kay Bellisario (Dave) of Cleveland; and his grandchildren, Sampson, Jonathan, Ryan Williams, James McCann Jr., Pamela McCann, Clint Rowland, Tabitha Kissinger and Stephanie Mohler. He is also survived by 30 great grandchildren.
