She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey F. Hamric and Flora A. Hamric (Frame); her husband Ralph W. Bills; her children, Emma Alice Bills and David P. Bills; her son-in-law David Fabian; and her siblings, Opal Mollahan, Bonnie Jarvis, Esther Dobbins, Raymond, Guy and Jesse Hamric.
She is survived by: her children, Michael G. Bills (Irene) of Lordstown, Marcia Fabian of Niles and Pamela Gatta (Norman) of Niles; and her sister Hallie Hammond of Champion. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
