He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Blake and Martha Bailey (Boorey); his spouse Dolores Martin; and his sister Gladys Berman. He is survived by: his children, Chris Bailey (Kim) of Columbus and Glenda Betteridge (Greg) of Conneaut; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Bridget Bailey, Becky and Ben Betteridge.
