She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Murray and Gladys Murray (Means); her husband Wilfred; and her siblings, Millie Grant, James, Thomas and Joe Murray.
She is survived by: her sons, Wilfred G. Milligan II of Frederick, Thomas "Tim" W. Milligan of Lordstown, Brian L. Milligan of Lordstown, Kevin J. Milligan (Lorelei) of Champion and Kerry B. Milligan (Prestina) of Frederick; and her siblings, Marion Butcher of Warren and William Murray of Howland. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.
