She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wooten and Ella Mae Wooten (Cooper); her stepfather William Smith; her siblings, Elizabeth Kay, Ida Faye, Ella Maye, Billie Rae and John Jay; and her stepson Terry Garland.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Penny King (Chuck) and Rod Garland (Jill); her grandchildren, Nanita, Allison, Douglas, Tory, Lindsey and Stephanie; her stepgrandchildren, Lyle, Justin and Terry; and her nephews, Tony and Tom Cantrell. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
