She was predeceased by: her husband John Maziarz; her son George Maziarz; her siblings, Frank Nadzieja and Jozefa Mroz; and her parents, Julia Nadzieja and Jan Nadzieja.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeannette Strukely (Terry); her granddaughters, Julia Strukely, Janet Dziak (Josh), Lauren Maziarz and Leah Malanowski (David); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Natalie Dziak, Jillian and Peter Malanowski.
