He is survived by: his wife Carol Chawansky (Murray) of Avon Lake; his daughters, Meredith Furiga (Frank) of Avon, Megan (Monica Carroll) of Westerville and Amanda (Code Thiam) of Silver Spring, Maryland; his grandchildren, Anthony and Ava Furiga; and his siblings, Sally Visci of The Villages, FL, Dary Chawansky of West Jefferson, OH., Hank Chawansky of Flat Rock, MI. and Ray Chawansky of Louisville, KY..
