He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raul, Maria Hernandez, Luis Figueroa and Saul Hernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Melinda Ruiz and Alexis Ruiz; the mother of his children Rachel Donovan; his daughters, Alani, Amariana and Ayla Figueroa; his half-sister Jacqueline Rios of Pennsylvania; his grandparents, Ruth, Fico Hernandez and Maria Sanchez Figueroa of Puerto Rico; and his uncles, Saul and Jonathan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins that he loved including his biker family.
