He is survived by: his spouse Carol; his children, Todd Futrall (Clyeda) of Lorain and Tracy Orseno (Anthony) of North Ridgeville; his grandsons, Garrett and Zachary Orseno; his brother Terry Futrall (Kathleen) of Amherst; and his pet Mommie.
