He was predeceased by: his sister Elsie Phillips; and his parents, Charlie Walker and Etta Walker. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Walker (Lisa) of Vermilion and Rita Kitchen of Lorain; his grandchildren, Morgan, Matthew Walker, Jonathan Kitchen (Amber) and Kristin Kitchen; his siblings, David "Junior" Walker (Barb) of Oberlin, Bob Walker of Onieda, TN, Gary Walker of Winfield, TN, Opal Anderson of Winfield, TN and Donna Godbey (Charles) of Science Hill, KY; and his wife Ethel L. Walker (Thomas). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
