He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Boggan and Hazel L. Boggan; and his sister Katherine L. Bogan. He is survived by: his wife Catherine C. Bogan of Lorain; his brother Thomas W. Bogan of Holiday, TN; and his children, Kenneth L. Bogan of Hampstead, NC, Andrew P. Bogan of Searcy, AR, Coleen M. Kosan of Otway, OH and Angela N. Watkins of Judsonia, AR. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
