She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Lee Gage Sr.; her stepchildren, Eddie Gage Jr. and George Gage; her daughters, Jacqueline Marie Gage and Jeanette Payne; her parents, Horace Maclin and Anna Pearl Maclin (Miller); and her siblings, Frank Maclin, Margaret Griffea, Hazel Tipton and Edna "Pewee" Monroe.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Phillips, Annette Echols, Larry Gage of Lorain, David Gage (Gloria) of Lorain and Dwane Allen Gage of Lorain. She is also survived by grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
