She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Mize; her parents, Leon Klekota and Anna Klekota; and her siblings, Wanda Blazina, Harry Klekota (Eleanor), Theresa Klekota, Leocadia Rusnak, Jeannette Mintus, Walter Klekota, Edward Klekota and Theodore Klekota.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Mize (Bielka) of Lorain, Roger Mize (Sue) of Painesville and Nancy Mize (Thomas Martin) of Lorain; her grandchildren, Bielka Casada (Mark), Barbara Calandra (Mike), Anthony Mize (Marisa), Kevin Woody and Keith Woody; her great grandchildren, Jordan Casada of Anthony Mize, II, Declan Mize, Kaleyla Mize, Chloe Calandra and Caleb Calandra; her great great grandchild Rayna Branham; and her sister Theodora Muzilla.
All attendees are required to wear facial coverings and follow COVID-19 social distancing guidelines displayed at the funeral chapel entrance and throughout the building.
