She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley J. Lepkowski; and her mother Regina Baginski. She is survived by: her children, William Lepkowski of Lorain, Janice Bodnar (Jim) of Avon and Linda Hambly (Bruce) of Vermilion; her grandchildren, Adam Kane, Hayley Lepkowski, Justin Lepkowski, Sean Kane and David Kane; and her half-sister Rosemary.
The family suggests memorial contributions to any Veterans Organization.
