She was predeceased by: her husband Zygfried "Fritz" Kozlowski; and her siblings, Anthony "Tony" Pulgine and Josephine Rastovski. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Gonzalez (Michael) of Avon Lake and Timothy Kozlowski (Sharon) of Brownhelm Township; her grandchildren, Timothy Kozlowski Jr., Stephanie Kozlowski, Paul Kozlowski (Tammi), Kristin Klassen (Peter), Michael Gonzalez (Ann) and Matthew Gonzalez; and her siblings, Yolanda Arthrell of Lorain and Michael Pulgine (Jean) of Melbourne, Florida.. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.

Funeral Schedule Due to restrictions on social gatherings during the COVID -19 Pandemic, private family funeral services will be held with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
