He is survived by: his wife Antonia Gonzalez Berrios; his children, Irma Cruz, Victor Diaz Jr., Alberto Diaz, Sonia Diaz, Carmen Bosley, Reina Ramos, Edwin Diaz and Eda Bauza; and his stepdaughter Gladys Lamboy.
