He was predeceased by: his mother Mary A. Parker Thomas; his brother Vernon R. Thomas; and his grandparents, Frances and George Parker. He is survived by: his daughters, Onika Whitaker of Lorain, Shalonda Riley of Lorain and Candice Parker of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Maleek Hope, Zakahri Parker, Javae Arthur, Latasha Tarrant, Tatiana Tarrant, Faith Tarrant, Alanha Tarrant, Seniya Parker and Lavon Parker; and his aunts, Geneva Parks and Josephine Smith. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
