He was predeceased by: his former wife Geraldine Ceja; his parents, Victor Sr. Ceja and Candelaria Ceja; his siblings, Angelina Garcia, Sally, Josephine, Louisa, Raymond and Salvador; his stepson Scott Naelitz; and his stepgrandson David Naelitz.

He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Mary Ceja; his children, Anthony Ceja (Jaye), Laura Buckholz, Deborah Sebok (Tim) and Nicole Ceja; his siblings, Anita Garcia and Raul "Tony" Ceja; his stepchildren, Mark Naelitz and Jill Wickline; his stepdaughter-in-law Terri Naelitz; his grandchildren, Lauren, Leigh, Paul, Kim, Sean, Cody, Tara, Brian, Rebekah and Mitch; and his stepgrandchildren, Aleena, Stephen, Damien, Zachary and Matthew. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (309 W 7th St, Lorain, OH 44052). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
