She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Bell. She is survived by: her children, Deseree Bell, Devashia Rowser, Roger Rowser, Destinee Rowser and Dynastee Rowser; her grandchildren, Jayda Herrell, Yahshua, Yedidyah, Ra'mir Garner and Reinalisa Rowser; her mother Carolyn Carter; her stepfather Matthew Carter; her sisters, Cassandra McLilly, Sharon Bell, Cynthia Bell, Geneva Bell and Angela Bell of Lorain; and her aunt Jackie McCurdy of Lorain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
