He is survived by: his wife Frances Mosley; his children, Troy Mosley Jr. of Columbus, Jerome Mosley (Kimberly) of Lorain, Virginia Cook of Lorain and Tamica Noble (Timothy) of Pickerington, Ohio; and his siblings, Elizabeth Adkins, Mary Williams of Virginia and Sammy Mosley. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
