She is survived by: her children, Heidi of Lorain, Katie of Lorain and Carter Nero (Eli Naro) of Lorain; her parents, Diane Lesiuk (Orest) of Lorain and David Kastl (Mary Anne) of Lorain; and her siblings, Joel Kastl of Lorain, Allison Mims (Brant) of Montgomery, Ala and Mark Lesiuk of Lorain.
