He was predeceased by: his siblings, Romana, Francisca, Mariana, Reyes, Manuel, Leonardo and Angel.
He is survived by: his children, Elcida Palacios (Juan) of Lorain, Norma Malone (Robert) of Avon, Francisco (Matilde) of Glen Allen, VA, Javier (Natale) of Cleveland, Ana Rhyner (Patrick) of Quakertown, PA, Mercedes Szuch (Frank) of Elyria and Yolanda Maldonado (Marcos) of Lorain. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests those who wish may make donations in Tomas' name to Sacred Heart Chapel.
