He was predeceased by: his former wife Karen Pratt; his parents, Junior Clarence and Doris Juanita Pratt; and his brothers, Rick and Brad Pratt.
He is survived by: his children, Tracie Wilkins (Jason) of Pataskala and Karrie Newman (Heath) of Medina; his grandchildren, Jay (Katie), Klorissa, Jacob, Jarod, Kiersten, Kylie and Cameron; his great grandchild Harper; and his siblings, Vicky Black and Chuck Pratt (Rita) of Elyria. He is also survived by many nieces and two nephews.
