He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy L. Gerek and Anna Gerek. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jessica Brown, Anthony Coonrod and Timothy S. Gerek; his great grandchild Oakley Brown; his wife Linda L. Gerek of Lorain; his children, Shelley Johnson (Mark) of Las Vegas and Tim Gerek Jr. (Ingrid); his grandsons, Tony and Timmy; his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Melodee; and his sister Gerrie Shinsky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
