He is survived by: his spouse Mary Jo Skeens; his children, Thomas Paul Skeens of New Russia Township and Debbie Figula (James) of Carlisle Township; his grandchildren, Jonathan Figula (Ashley) and Melissa Figula; and his siblings, Gary Skeens (Patricia) of Williamson, Malcom Skeens (Melissa) of Wheeling, Linda Bevins (Clarence) of Delbarton and Theresa Diamond of Borderland. He is also survived by one brother and three sisters.
