He is survived by: his wife Mariann Jama (Buckley) of Lorain; his sons, Timothy Jama of Lorain and Dr. Thomas Jama (Kelly) of Elyria, OH; his grandchildren, Kyle Jama (Allyson) of Elyria, Patrick Jama (Jennifer) of Lorain, Alexa Jama of Lorain and Olivia Jama of Lorain; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Carter and Hazel.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
