He was predeceased by: his children, Thomas Jr. and Phyllis; his brother-in-law Howard Houston; his birth-mother Mary Frances Taylor; and his mother Lizzie Cross.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Samuel; his daughters, Tina Everson of Lorain and Liz Everson of Lorain; his grandchildren, Travis Everson, Kendal Everson and Lakisha James; his great grandchild Zayvion Everson; and his sister Leola Houston of Alabama. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
