He was predeceased by: his wife LaVera T. Elwell; his daughter Colleen LaVeck; his parents, George Elwell and Susan Elwell; and his siblings, Richard Elwell and Kathleen Aspery.
He is survived by: his children, LaVera Gaede (late David), Thomas Jr. (Vicky), Michael (Donna), James (Karen), Timothy (Marianna) and Lynn Wilhelm; his son-in-law Patrick LaVeck Sr.; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jessica, Megan, Matthew, Patrick Jr., Joseph, Robert, Michael Jr., Melissa, James Jr., Erica, Sophia of Isabel, J. T., Taylor, Madeline and Emma. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Social distancing and masking will be observed.
