She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis A. Miksa and Helen C. Miksa; her siblings, Mary and Joseph; and her nephew Brett McPhie.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Maxwell; her children, Eric Maxwell (Holly), Melissa Pyc (Jonathan), Christine Maxwell (J. L. Davison) and Gary Maxwell Jr. (Ivette); her grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Alyssa, Hannah, Alivia, Nathan, Chase, Aliyah, Payton, Adison, Josh and Corey; and her great grandchildren, Mariana and Carsyn.
